All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Custom or personalized orders may take longer to process. Please refer to the product description for specific timeframes on these items.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view shipping options and costs during checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your selected shipping method and location:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as postal delays, customs processing for international orders, and carrier-related issues.

3. Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping throughout the United States. Free standard shipping is not currently available, but all shipping options and costs will be calculated during checkout. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country's customs regulations.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to follow your order’s progress through the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. While we strive to ensure your order arrives safely, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if applicable.
